Point of No Return

I am starting to suspect that there is always that point of no turning back. What do you do when you cross that point? Since there is no turning back, the most sensible thing to do is to push forward with no holds barred. Chances are, you have already lost what you are most afraid of losing. That or not not doing so means you will most certainly will.

Why do we insist on making life complicated? As an adjective, plain means not decorated or ordinary in character. When we find the bareness of our true self too discomforting, we cover it up with all sorts of embellishments. It is the attempt to make this facade permanent that makes life complicated.
